Amethyst. The deep purple colour catches the eye, but the energy of this crystal feels so good. It’s a great stone for stress, and I love to wear it when I’m feeling tired, impatient and burned out.
I also love books because stories are fantastic fun! If you’ve ever been in love with a TV show with a great storyline, you know what I mean. And you may have noticed, many great movies and shows are based on books.
Using crystals for emotional healing has proved great for my overall mental health; these little gems are a great way to practice self care.
