I’m nearly 40 and learning to live life authentically! I’ve always been a worrier, and two years ago realized that I honestly did suffer from anxiety. I’ve been working towards learning more about anxiety and how to care for myself as a result. Mental health and self care are topics that are very relevant to today’s society and I decided to create this blog as a way to share my experience and provide some insight into how to care for yourself.
Tidbits of Care is all about taking small steps, small moments to care for yourself. For now, I hope to provide some inspiration to those who may not know how to practice self care, and to let those suffering from anxiety know that they are not alone.
I love reading, writing, crocheting, cooking (if I’m in the mood), and have always been interested in natural ways to heal the body and mind such as healthy eating, crystal healing and aromatherapy. I have a passion for English history even though I’m Canadian, and I adore animals and children.
Blogging is not entirely new to me, I have two other blogs that I’ve been writing for a few years now, but this blog is truly where my passion lies. I think it took time to really realize where my calling lay. I have so much I want to share with you, so please visit again or subscribe to never miss a post.
